Both of these assignments revolved around one constant ("Melon Head"). In the first, we were to recreate an image of Melon Head by taking the individual parts and using the selection tools and multiple layers. The end product was to look like the example that we were given. In the second Melon Head, we were to take the pieces from the first Melon Head and create a new face, as well as combining the face with a body of an animal or person. Afterwards, a background was to be added to the picture. The principle of design that I used most in this poster was unity, while the elements of design that I incorporated the most were value and color.
